RETURN POLICY

All In Stock merchandise may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase in new unworn,condition with original tags and packaging and Proof of Purchase including original receipt, or gift receipt. Ring sizes or other products not listed as special order are considered in stock items for return purposes. Some items or sizes we do not carry but are available for special order will be listed as such.

 Orders over $100.00 may need to be signed for delivery, and or we may choose to call you to verify all the information is correct and ask for your credit card Verification Number on the back of your card before charging your credit card. The VIN number provides added protection for both the card holder and Celtic Colours. If the credit card owner is unavailable or unreachable the order may be canceled at our discretion, if so an email will be sent notifying you that order is being canceled and why.

 Special Order Rings or Items marked as Special Order are items that are custom made or ordered just for you and are not eligible for exchange or refunds. 

 If you want to see a ring before you commit to a Special Order just order the In Stock ring if one is available and return for full refund or can be used for an exchange if you need another ring size at which time it becomes a Special Order.  Or the credit may be applied to whatever you like.

If we don’t have an In Stock ring in that style, color or karat, you may have the option to order a similar ring in the drop down menu, but in Silver or a Gold Silver Ring that is returnable.

Unsure of your finger or ring size order a sizing kit for $50.00 and return for a full refund within 15 days. Free Return Shipping Label is included.

Pricing Errors: Some items may be marked incorrectly. In the event an item you ordered is priced incorrectly we will notify you with the option of canceling the order or paying the additional charges.

Returning Merchandise

Please ensure your return items are packaged carefully and insured for full coverage. We can’t except responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.  We recommend UPS, FedEx for Jewelry Items under $500.00 and the Postal Service with Insured and Registered Mail for higher value items.  Always have delivery confirmation included to ensure the item was received.

Refunds or Store Credit:
