Return Policy: We are a small company and do not give refunds. We do except returns with a copy of your reciept for exchange within 14 days from the time your shippment arrived, on the condition they are not worn, or damaged in any way, and the packaging is in new condition and returned as such for website credit to be used at later time.

We will help you if there is a problem with a defective product by either replacing the item, or sending it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, at our discretion. We can't replace items or repair them at our expense if an item has been damaged by the customer, or from one who recieves the item as a gift.

We don't give refunds, or exchanges on wedding rings, or gold and platinum rings because they are custom ordered just for you in the size, syle and color of your choice.

We don't give refunds or exchanges on Kilts because they are custom made to order, with the tartan and sizes of your choice.

We don't give refunds or exchanges on any item that is a special order or made just for you.

Music that has been opened can't be exchanged or returned unless defective and only for the same item.

In many cases if there is a problem later on down the road, we can have it repaired or sized (many of the two toned rings can't be sized, and some can only be sized down) for a small charge, and the cost of shipping.

In some case we can offer suggestions on how to get it fixed localy. We want you to be happy with your products for many years to come, but we also have to make a profit to stay in business, so we can't afford to give away the store.
